Cyberhawk earns ISO quality management accreditation

14 Oct 2015

Cyberhawk is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 certification. As the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard, obtaining ISO 9001 is an important milestone for companies that wish to demonstrate their ability to provide services that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders.

As well as incorporating standard company processes associated with ISO 9001, Cyberhawk is delighted to have its Safety Management System (SMS) including pilot training, competency and currency covered under the system. Cyberhawk’s SMS has previously passed aviation audits from multiple oil and gas supermajors to operate on their global assets. In addition, Cyberhawk’s inspection centre processes were also included in the audit.

Craig Roberts, CEO at Cyberhawk, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded the ISO 9001 quality management accreditation. As a company which is focused on delivering exceptional ROAV and software service to our clients, we strive to ensure that every step throughout the process is designed with our clients in mind. We consider that achieving ISO 9001 certification further illustrates our customer-centric approach.”
