Cyberhawk flies into the Portuguese Market

Cyberhawk and CME partner to deliver industry leading drone and asset management software in Portuguese markets

Cyberhawk Innovations, the world leader in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) inspection and survey, continues to bolster its international credentials through a new partnership with Portugal’s leading engineering service provider and contractor Construcao e Manutencao Electromecanica (CME).

The agreement will see customers in Portuguese speaking markets benefit from a unique combination of Cyberhawk’s industry leading cloud based asset management software, iHawk, teamed with CME’s detailed local knowledge and UAV solution.

The partnership is a significant strategic boost for Cyberhawk’s growing global expansion plans, and strengthens CME’s position as a leading innovator in its field. The two companies have already successfully completed projects in Portugal, with clients including REN and EDP.

Established in 2008, Cyberhawk led the creation of the drone/UAV inspection and survey industry and has achieved more than 25 world firsts to date, delivering services in more than 20 countries across Europe, Africa, North America, Middle East and Asia.

The company has also changed the face of asset management through the development of iHawk. This cloud-based software allows intuitive access to inspection data and imagery which has been captured by Cyberhawk’s UAVs, as well as other sources. iHawk uses a map-based interface and a traffic light colour system to show location and asset status, and allows users to access additional data including engineering commentary and photographic evidence.

CME, a subsidiary of ProCME, is headquartered in Oeiras, Portugal, with further offices in Africa and South America. CME comprises engineering companies, which design and develop innovative integrated projects to provide engineering and construction services to the high demands of customers in all utilities sector.
