Cyberhawk set to join a prestigious speaker line up at upcoming US events

14 Jun 2018

Cyberhawk has been invited to speak at two major events for the unmanned technology and robotics sector in the US this month.

Patrick Saracco, our Houston based VP for Technology Solutions, will be presenting at the Energy Drone Coalition and the American Society for Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Robotics for Inspection & Maintenance Forum, both in Houston, in June.

As well as delivering a keynote address at the Energy Drone Coalition, Patrick will also be discussing, for the first time, details of our world first UAV full class tank inspection.

Energy Drone Coalition, 20-21 June, Royal Sonesta Hotel Galleria, Houston

This is the world’s only event dedicated to the use of UAVs/robotics in energy operations. It brings together the multiple growing segments within the UAV system and energy asset owners and end users to discuss case studies, trends, key challenges and solutions.

  • Patrick will deliver a keynote presentation on Thursday 21st from 8.25 – 8.50am titled: The Future of UAV/Robotics Data in Energy – IoD (Internet of Drones). This will focus on how various industries, including energy, are using UAVs and cloud-based solutions to maximise predictive maintenance and digitalise asset management.
  • From 1.45 – 2.15pm, Cyberhawk will discuss the world first UAV class survey of an oil tanker recently completed by our team.

ASME Robotics for Inspection and Maintenance Forum, 26-27 June, PRCI’s Technology Development Centre, Houston

This event helps delegates learn how industry leaders and decision makers are applying the latest UAV and robotics technologies to their businesses and applying data analytics to increase safety, lower costs and improve business outcomes.

  • On 26th, from 1.00 – 1.45pm, Patrick will be part of a panel discussing The Impact of Robotics on Improving Asset Inspection and Maintenance.
  • He will also deliver a presentation on our world first in confined space inspection between 3.25 – 3.50pm.
