We are thrilled to announce that we have been recertified in three key areas by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Cyberhawk underwent a vigorous 5-day audit of its management systems and processes and were judged to be a robust company focused on continuous improvement. Our new certifications are:
• ISO 9001:2015 This standard demonstrates the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• ISO 14001:2015 This certification sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It helps organizations improve their environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste.
• ISO 45001:2018 This demonstrates a company’s commitment to their employees' health and well-being and to continuous safety improvement.
What Does ISO Certification Mean?
Put simply, achieving ISO certification is a seal of approval from a third-party body acting and working to the high-level criteria developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Being able to attain this gold standard certification displays a company’s commitment to achieving objectives and shows great credibility and customer confidence in their service.
Specifically, it helps a company manage its social, environmental and financial risk and improves its operational effectiveness. The ISO’s global presence also helps to increase customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
